About The Role
Join our 24/7 command center as a Dispatch and Fleet Coordinator. You will monitor live GPS telemetry, coordinate driver schedules, optimize routes around traffic congestion, and ensure timely vehicle placement for B2B industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Track live fleet positioning and resolve route delays proactively
- Verify driver KYC and match available trucks to pending indents
- Communicate dispatch manifests and schedules directly to drivers
- Log placement compliance SLA milestones inside our portal
Requirements & Skills
- Prior experience in transport operations, fleet coordination, or dispatching
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Comfortable using GPS tracking dashboards, Google Maps, and spreadsheets
- Ability to handle high-pressure call volume and rapid problem-solving
