1. Primary Contractual Liability

Mukund Logistics Private Limited issues all GST-compliant invoices and consignment notes (LR/Bilty) and accepts primary contractual liability for cargo transport arranged through our official portal. Individual vehicle owners and drivers operate as contracted service providers under Mukund Logistics' central operational guidelines.

2. Telematics & Tracking Equipment Notice

While milestone tracking and digital proof of delivery (ePOD) are guaranteed for 100% of shipments, physical hardware GPS devices and real-time sensor telematics may vary depending on the specific vendor vehicle assigned. Mukund Logistics is actively executing a network-wide hardware integration program to standardize GPS telematics across all aggregated fleets.

3. Cargo Transit Insurance

All goods transported are subject to standard carrier terms and conditions. Shippers are strongly advised to secure comprehensive transit cargo insurance or utilize Mukund Logistics' pre-dispatch insurance coverage options prior to vehicle siding.
